Weight loss is impossible

tldr:

  • This is satire.
  • The key thing is to get mental clarity. Meditate. Get out of the grind.
  • Be clinical about food. Zero booze. Don’t let mental weakness get to it.

It’s impossible. The human body cannot lose weight. There is no way in which it can actually use the fat that is stored everywhere on it. It is fake news when people say that you can lose your weight. The body just cannot lose weight. Fat doesn’t get mobilized.

People say that if you eat less, you will lose. Insane. It doesn’t work that way. Your body will just keep accumulating fat. That’s just how it is.

If you don’t physically eat anything, the air you breathe will get converted into fat. Simple.

Ok, that is satire. It is written out of frustration. My body is refusing to loose weight. It is the most bizarre thing ever. It is so hard for me to understand why this is the case. I am in total confusion.

How am I not able to lose weight? Am I metabolically broken? Is my mind just totally unaware of what the fuck is going into my body? Is it the booze? Is it the lack of sleep? Maybe my glucose is just elevated? Hypterinsulimia?

Fuck work and the drama there

I am unable to think clearly about this topic. I had promised myself that I wouldn’t let work get in the way. And FUCKING WORK GOT IN THE FUCKING WAY. The FUCKING DRAMA FOR WHAT FUCKING REASON. FUCK THIS GUY AND FUCK EVERYTHING ELSE.

The drama queens. These fucks have nothing else going on in their lives. They are living their own lives. I am letting them all fuck my life up. FUCK this.

What can I do?

I need time. Reduce my obligations. Take some time to decompress and start again.

I CANNOT LET THIS MAKE ME FAIL AT THE MARATHON

I have NO CHOICE.

First quasi Marathon done!

Over the course of the week, I did a marathon. I finished on the same day as the actual marathon.

I gotta say, it was awesome.

It took me about 8 hours. But I was so slow, and discontinuous. I think I can shave off a couple of hours. If I can be less than 6 hours, it will be great.

My pace wa almost 19 mins a mile.

I want to shoot for 13 mins a mile for the real thing. That would be an amazing starting point.

Fuck yea dude.

I also contacted a coach. I think it could be useful to have someone.

2024 Marathon Plan

Okay, this is the beginning.

The 2023 Marathon just ended. I finished my week long marathon. I am not amping up to get ready for the actual one. One Year To Go. 224 in 2024. And we RUN.

I will use this space to spec out the plan.

  • Cardio plan — majority focus
    • 1000 calories a day average
  • Strength plan — one year this is minimal
    • Just 6 weeks
  • Get those miles
    • Tabata
    • Hills
    • Normal
  • Get a coach.

Another half marathon done

I am trying to run a full marathon over the course of a week. This is a good baseline test.

Half marathon was hard. I was not warmed up. Took it too lax. And I hate the distractions.

  • Track the workouts, expose them out

  • Train the diaphragm muscle. Helps in breathing. Good idea
  • Focussed 45 minutes workouts.
  • “Establish full range of motion”
  • Metabolism is based on weight training
  • Cardio is for mental health
  • Walking is good for longevity
  • Running is FINE
  • Single leg exercises help micro muslces
  • Find a cardio that you like and you will stick to it
  • Good diet is needed to be injury free
  • Simple full range of motion to warm up.
  • Eat enough to be able to briskly walk
  • Hydration is over multiple days, not daily
  • Legs are super important.
  • After activity 60 second static stretching
  • Compete against your own self (like lap times in f1)
