Glyphosate insulin resistance

  • Endocrine disruptorGlyphosate is an endocrine disruptor that can negatively impact human health through food. It can alter insulin action in the liver and disrupt glucose homeostasis.
  • Oxidative stressGlyphosate can cause oxidative stress, which can lead to metabolic diseases. The liver is especially affected by this oxidative stress, which can change insulin signaling and other regulatory pathways.
  • Pancreatic impactGlyphosate can impact the pancreas, which can lead to type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). T2DM can cause dysfunction in signaling mechanisms that lead to hyperglycemia.
  • Reproductive systemGlyphosate can be hazardous to the reproductive system, and has been linked to higher glucose and insulin level

Main usage: Glyphosate is primarily used in large-scale agriculture to manage weeds, particularly in crops that have been genetically modified (GM) to be resistant to the herbicide. These crops are commonly referred to as “Roundup Ready” crops, and they include:

  • Soybeans
  • Corn
  • Cotton
  • Canola
  • Sugar beets

I am a changed man – and constantly changing

I am actually very good at long term planning. My long term planning is much better than my short term planning sometimes.

The long term goals start to imbibe me. They do end up changing my personality. There is proof of existence.

Remember Becks Book

I started to get into this when my dad had that heart surgery. I read that book. Remmeber that uncle concept? I have reversed that.

My personality and mindset has changed a lot.

I will continue this. Next step is JACKED

I’m Jacked to the Tits

I love this feeling. This energy. Sometimes I say “I am JAZZED to the TITS” Jacked is fine too.

Sometimes I say this to myself and I feel it.

Its my mantra for my Rolex Life as I build a JACKED body.

Marathon 2026

Ok, the marathon of 2024 is fading away now. I am itching to start up on the next goal now.

November 1 2026

This marathon will have to be much better than my current one.

Year 2025 is going to be STRENGTH focussed with 10k cardio.

Strength and Diet.

I will have a 3 month plan to boot strap. Lets not over index and think about the future too much. Lets hit the iron well.

The grind is how you win

Remember the grind of the marathon. It got depressing at times. But, it was auto-play in my mind. I had the plan, I just had to execute. It was a period of low activation energy, low mental activity. Simple.

The 20 mile run

This was such a brutal practice run. It was amazing too. But it was so important to get one of these in to be honest. Otherwise, I would have DNFd the marathon.
