Minor progress | Walk now, Run later | Strength plan

Fuck, this is going to be a long and hard ordeal. The amount of progress I get for the effort I put in is pretty small. Hours and hours of walking and working out is going to be needed.

Cardio plan

Walking is an important, boring, part of this process. But it is temporary. You are using it to fix the insulin resistance and drop the pounds. Let’s make progress.

Just incline treadmill all day. Watch shows if you have to

Strength plan

I am a simple minded guy now. I have been shy, off my rocker. I used to be great at this, but I lost it all. I don’t want to overthink this. I want basic functional strength. I am going to focus on stronglifts as a beginner again. And we will think about the future later.

Basically, I am just going to do strong lifts for a big, to regain a baseline.
