Why I enjoy working out and running

  • I like clarity of mind while running
  • I like the pump I feel after working out
  • Deadlifts and squats make my body feel solid
  • Shoulder and back stuff makes me look better
  • Running makes me feel calm and less stressed later
  • I like to use that time to listen to fun audio books
  • I like seeing progress. Miles being run, weights being lifted
  • Working out makes me eat better, and avoid booze
  • It also helps me sleep better.
  • Being active is a great idea.
  • Walking takes time, but again, it is relaxing, and can help you feel like you are in the moment.
  • Sages used to walk, but they never complained about time fleeting by.
  • Writing helps me think, but so does walking. I get great ideas while I am walking, running.
