Be UNBELIEVABLY CONSISTENT with 185 grams of Protein
Here is a list of my usual proteins:
- Chicken, chicken, chicken
- Skyr yoghurt
- Whey protein
- Protein bars
- Sometimes fish, but not as much as I would like
From the older list, which I could increase
- Tuna, Salmon
- Eggs?
- Egg whites
- Low fat cottage cheese
