I am training, so limit booze

I am in a training phase. So I can experiment with limiting booze until the end.

My training is for the 10 k in September.

Some plans here:

  • May 17 – big run
  • May 25outside run
  • July 4 – Should be a big run
  • July / August – Normal
  • September – Push to PR at the end of month 10k
  • October – chill
  • November – should we do it?

To support all this, we are going to have to be focused. General elevated focus until November. A few specific stops on the way.
