I am on a shred so that I can run and be ready for the the next phase

This is my shred recipe. I have given myself the permission to do this shred.

  • Protein first because muscles are paramount
  • Calories have to be limited as that’s the only way to make the fat come out of the cells
  • Minimize the fat because it is calorie dense
  • But eat enough fat to not fuck up the hormones
  • Limit the booze because booze fucks up the gains, and the shred
  • Workout regularly so that you keep gaining
  • Walk more than usual because that’s the engine of weight loss
  • Avoid binging because that messes up everything. Find other ways to mentally disengage.
