This is my shred recipe. I have given myself the permission to do this shred.
- Protein first because muscles are paramount
- Calories have to be limited as that’s the only way to make the fat come out of the cells
- Minimize the fat because it is calorie dense
- But eat enough fat to not fuck up the hormones
- Limit the booze because booze fucks up the gains, and the shred
- Workout regularly so that you keep gaining
- Walk more than usual because that’s the engine of weight loss
- Avoid binging because that messes up everything. Find other ways to mentally disengage.
