In June 2012 – 12 years ago – I was a simple dude who started doing keto and lifting weights. I dropped weight like I’ve never seen before. It was fucking awesome.
I think that formula has to come back:
- Gym – two or 3 times a week.
- Remove as many carbs as you can.
But the one thing that stopped me last time was ass issues. So I need to be careful about that.
Focus on a lot of veggies and fruits. And protein. The fats have to be from nuts, avocado, etc.
This is the thing I need to focus on.
