I am going to do a 2 week intense intervention for weight, BP and fasting blood sugar. If I see good results, then great. Otherwise, I will invoke a Dr. and then take it from there.
- Salad most meals. Fruits and veggies maximization.
- Take the main supplements (potassium, mg, fish oil, beet)
- Sleep and meditation
- My normal running schedule.
April 14 today. We will do this until April 28.
If no improvements on April 28, then fuck it, we will go to the next tier: Talk to a Dr. and then get on medication.
