  • Magnesium 400mg
  • Fish oil 3000mg
  • Beet 2 tbsp, twice per day
  • Co-enzyme : 100mg or 200mg
  • L-arganine : 2000mg
  • Garlic: 1000mg
  • Hibiscus tea: 2x a day

Exercise

  • Running, and cardio everyday for 30 to 60 minutes

Lifestyle

  • Sleep really well
  • Thirty minute mindful meditation (the video)
  • No alcohol
