I love this concept and I kind of use this in real life.
The wadsworth constant refers to the fact that skipping the first 30% of any video is usually not detrimental as it’s mainly introduction, sponsors, etc.
In my running journey, I tried for years to do the “Couch to 5k” thing. But Kept failing! Then I got forced to run the 10k and BOOM, I haven’t looked back.
I need to think of ways to employ this more.
