Okay, this is the beginning.
The 2023 Marathon just ended. I finished my week long marathon. I am not amping up to get ready for the actual one. One Year To Go. 224 in 2024. And we RUN.
I will use this space to spec out the plan.

- Strength plan — one year this is minimal
- Just 6 weeks
- Get those miles
- Tabata
- Hills
- Normal
- Get a coach.
