| Magnesium Glycinate Taking about 240 mg. Felt like I had high blood pressure. This really seemed to help. The first few times I took it, I basically was so relaxed I was passing out. I think it was because I was deficient in mg. Potassium Taking one capsule. Seems to help. I am not too regular with it. but probably should. Vitamin D3 Not too regular, but I think it’s important to get it going. Feels like I am deficient in this. |
