Improving the FPGA

I have worked a lot experimenting with my OS; but definitely not enough time has been spent on improving the FPGA — the physical attributes. 

My goal is the get to 113 kg by april 24, and then 105 by May 25.

By May 25, I want to be around 25% body fat. That is when things will go on over drive.

In the next two months, I will be treating food as medicine. My body is a simple machine that takes in some calories, uses some amount of calories and saves some calories.

The approach will be to create a caloric deficit so that my body starts using its own reserves (fat and glucose) to power itself.

When there is a daily caloric deficit, the body learns how to utilize its own reserves. Besides fat and glucose, muscle is also a reserve!!!!! So care must be taken to not starve for extended periods of time as that will start burning muscle for energy. Don’t do this!!! Btw, starve is defined as eating the amount of calories at which the body starts using muscle to power itself.

Btw, not all starving is bad. Intermitten fasting can be shown to provide extreme health benefits. Most old people (90s) say that they don’t eat a lot and fast once in a while. I think it is a healthy lifestyle.
