I am on a CUT to get LEAN and I am TRAINING for the MARATHON

  • You are on a Cut to get Lean
  • You are watching what you eat not “dieting”
  • You have to Train (exercise with purpose)
  • Obesity is a disease so cure it quickly
  • Build muscle rather than burn fat
  • You want to look good
  • Protein First

Why do you want to run this stupid marathon?

  • I have to run.
  • I don’t want to — I need to. That’s it.
  • I have to prove to myself at this age that I can do it.
  • Life has been hard for me.
  • I am fat. I have lost so much family. My dad’s second heart operation.
  • I cannot sit on my ass and let that happen to me.
  • I cannot, cannot let that happen.

Motivations

  • I want to possess great aesthetic
  • I want to feel young and energetic

Fuck Carpe Diem

  • I know this void well. In the abyss, the mind becomes unconscious but the body is awake.
  • One glass followed by another, one bar to another. It’s 1:30am, 2:00am.
  • Ordering Grubhub at 3am, and sleeping at 4am. Waking up at 7am.
  • The strong desire to fill this void with entropy
  • It’s fine brother, I don’t judge you. I know it happens.
  • But let me ask you: why not just stop, right now?
